As far as your FASD info, this year the US Surgeon General (Camerone) came out with an official wording for FASD. All pre-natal alcohol exposures will come under the FASD acronym. FASD would be first, then ARBD (alcohol related birth defects), then ARND (alcohol related Neurodevelopmental Disorder), and then FAS and FAE being considered to be outdated (although still very much used) acronyms for FASD. FAS considered to be the original Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and FAE Fetal alcohol effects. At a national level new legistations are being worked on in this field for prevention, advocacy and mental health supports. FASD will be considered the correct term to use from now on~
